Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) from Point Cook, Victoria. Some orders may be fulfilled from our Amazon fulfilment warehouse.

Australian shipping

Orders $80 and over: FREE standard shipping
Orders under $80: flat rate $9.95

Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

International shipping

We ship worldwide for a flat $45 AUD. Delivery times vary by destination. Any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days or your parcel appears lost, email officialpakahboo@gmail.com and we'll follow it up with the carrier.
