How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $9.95. International orders ship for a flat $50 AUD.

When will my order ship?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from Melbourne. Delivery within Australia usually takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide for a flat $50 AUD. Delivery times vary by country, and any import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Are your lunch boxes safe for kids?
Yes. Our lunch boxes are made from food-grade stainless steel with BPA-free lids and seals.

Are the lunch boxes dishwasher safe?
Please check the care instructions on each product page. As a general rule, hand-washing helps keep seals and insulation in top condition for longer.

How long do the insulated lunch boxes keep food warm or cold?
For best results, pre-heat with hot water (or pre-chill in the fridge) for a few minutes before packing. See each product page for details.

What age are the magnetic tiles suitable for?
Please see the age recommendation on the product page. Magnetic tiles contain small magnets, so young children should always be supervised by an adult.

Returns

Can I return an item?
Yes – change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us at officialpakahboo@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
