Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) from Melbourne, Victoria. Some orders may be fulfilled from our Amazon fulfilment warehouse.

Australian shipping

• Orders $100 and over: FREE standard shipping
• Orders under $100: flat rate $9.95
• Express shipping: $20 flat rate

Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

International shipping

We ship to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, much of Europe, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Israel and the UAE for a flat $50 AUD. International delivery usually takes 7–17 business days, depending on the destination. If your country isn't available at checkout, email us and we'll see what we can do. Any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days or your parcel appears lost, email info@pakahboo.com and we'll follow it up with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't take responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
